Those expecting an economic impact payment from the Federal government can now check the status of those funds on the “Get My Payment” portal. The results of the search will provide the following information:
- Your payment status
- Your payment type
- Whether we need more information from you, including bank account information
The site notes: If you are an SSA or RRB Form 1099 recipient or SSI or VA benefit recipient, your information is not yet available.
