On Saturday, State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) joined other community volunteers who staffed a “Christmas Store” in Carol Stream. During the five-hour event, toys were available for sale at deep discounts. Proceeds from the outreach event benefit clients of the Outreach Community Center.
“This center provides life-changing assistance,” said Grant. “The services they provide are vital, and they make a real difference in the lives of people facing difficult circumstances.”
