State Representative Amy Grant is hosting of a blood drive event this Friday, September 15th, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the representative’s office in Wheaton (416 E. Roosevelt Rd. Wheaton, IL).
Rep. Grant remarked, “The blood drive is not just a call to replenish the depleting blood banks in our local hospitals but a call to stand by one another, a testament to the fact that we, as a community, have got each other’s backs.”

Donors are encouraged to eat well and stay hydrated before donating. The blood drive aims to attract donors from across the different communities making up the 47th district, including Naperville, Warrenville, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lisle, Carol Stream, Bartlett, West Chicago, Winfield, and Wayne.
Representative Grant calls upon the compassionate citizens of the 47th district to turn up in large numbers and make a difference in someone’s life. This act of generosity can save up to three lives with each donation, helping hospitals provide medical care swiftly and efficiently.
State Representative Amy Grant is currently serving her third term, representing the citizens of the 47th House District in Illinois, which encompasses several communities in DuPage County.
