Brutal August Heat Wave

CHICAGOLAND – The US National Weather Service Chicago Illinois issued a Heat Advisory today (Monday) for the Chicagoland area, followed by an Excessive Heat Watch on Tuesday. Heat index values are expected to reach 105-109 degrees Monday and 110-115 degrees Tuesday.
