State Representative Amy Grant Celebrates National Adoption Day – November 23rd

ILLINOIS — State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) is highlighting National Adoption Day and celebrating the many families in Illinois that have been formed through the adoption process. As a lawmaker sitting on the Adoption and Child Welfare Committees, Rep Grant understands the importance of every child having a safe and loving place to call home.

“Adoption changes lives, not only for children but for the families who open their hearts and homes to them,” said Rep. Grant. “Every child deserves the love and stability that a forever family provides.”

Rep. Grant encourages all Illinois residents to join her in celebrating the families who have made adoption a reality and to remember the many children still waiting for their forever homes.

National Adoption Day is an opportunity to raise awareness about adoption and the needs of children in foster care. By working together as a community, we can ensure every child has the chance to thrive in a supportive and caring environment.
